i miss being a girl

i cut my hair on monday, 28/01/08
i mean cut, as in,
really cut
short
not trim, CUT
above shoulder
hahaha
rebonded my hair also
due to the volume of my hair
cutting it short will make it lighter
and “float” and hence giving the “pong pong” look
not so much like afro head la
but u noe, pong pong
lol
for those who noe
u r suppose to refrain from washing ur hair
for two/three days
after redonding
which i did (i noe i noe, so eeks rite)
but anyways
which means i didn’t exercise for 2 whole days
which was why i weighed myself today again
after the routine weigh on monday
and miraculous i lost 0.4kg
hahaha
but anyways, back to my hair
i kinda miss it
was in the shower washing my hair
and it felt like there’s nothing to wash
previously when applying conditioner
i’ll flip all my hair to the front
and apply conditioner from the roots to the ends
and slowly run my fingers through the hair
to ease out any knots
now dat i can’t flip my hair
i’m not sure how to apply the conditioner
it’s like applying shampoo
where u dump a lump of shampoo on ur head
and scrunch up all the hair
and scrub everything in a mess
it’s kindof weird to apply conditioner that same way lor
and after showering
i’m not sure how to dry my hair also
previously i’ll flip my hair (yes, again) to the front
and wrap all of it in the towel for a few minutes
for the towel to soak up the excess water
now that i can’t flip my hair
i can only dry it by rubbing all my hair in a mess
feels kindof weird too la
and after washing
combing my hair is like effortless
not like it’s a bad thing
but it feels really weird
like the hair suddenly ends there
and there’s nothing more to comb
lol
i complained to my colleagues the moment i got back from gym
and one of them was like
“u miss being a girl rite”
i was like “omg, ya! dat sounds so rite!”
i miss being a girl
in some sense at least
all the hair management thing
so, it’s not like i feel like i’m a boy la
dat’s so wrong lor
hahahahaha

okok, i tink i sound like a whiny lil bitch
giving so much detail about how i wash my hair
but for those who noe me
i haven’t cut my hair short
since i grad from sec sch lor!
it’s always been long
trimmed, layered, shaped, rebonded
but still LONG
so
cant blame me for being whiny
and dun get me wrong okay
i LOVE my new hairstyle
juz need some time to get used to managing it

I WEIGH 58KG!!!!! ='(

as much as i'm ashamed to put the above title
i am also equally determined to use it to motivate myself
looking on the brighter side
i have not reached 60kg (yet)
(if i do, i'll juz hide at home until i get a liposuction lor)
looking on the darker side
i have NEVER, i repeat, NEVER
weighed so much in my ENTIRE life before!!
saw the horribly huge digits and i was in denial
i almost smashed the weighing machine juz now lor
*wails*
silvia, my fren cum colleague cum drinking buddy
and i are determined to slim down
and to make full use of the office gym
so, we'll be hitting the gym during lunch time
and do the gym routine in the topmost post
i forward-dated the post so dat it will always be on top
we'll review the gym routine in about 2 weeks or so
depending on our fitness progress
and decide on how much to increase
then i'll juz add it into the above post
for tracking purposes
on top of dat
i'll be going to the swimming pool
and yoga classes on my own also
