i can smell the weekend

oo1. u chat on msn even when ur boss' seat faces the screen of ur comp
sigh.......

the bowling session on wed went well

food was good
but i suck at the game
din even manage a single strike
and i spared only once
in two games
main [and only] thing i like abt the event is dat it's FREE!!
ahahahaha

met up wif sumathi on thurs
she's my classmate thru' my entire life in poly
had dinner at raffles city food court
chatted for a while
we parted pretty early coz she's got a test the next day
she's still the same
one word: busy

went for a slimming and lymphatic drainage session with jingyi todae
i bought it for her as x'mas pressie
kena "conned" into it during their x'mas roadshow at lido
overall pretty good lah
but the slimming session was a little uncomfy
she placed damp sponges on certain spots
den wrap a rubber strap ard them
den secure the strap with giant plastic clips
wires are then attached to the clips
and some sort of electric current is sent thru them
the electric current came in pulses and kinda squeezes me all over
the treatment is supposed to break down my fats
increase blood circulation
yadda yadda
and have the same effect as doing 300 sit-ups
hmm..how am i supp to noe whether it's true
since i never did a stretch of 300 sit-ups before?
neway, the drainage thingy was comfy

NTU Band is having their concert tmr
7.30pm @ VCH
but gene's having a little party/gathering thing at his house
and i want to be around

for letting me noe that my links ain't working properly

i'm not sure wat's wrong with my html code
so i just redid the chunk relating to the drop down menus

oh yah pple, if u r a HTML idiot like me
do check out the "HTML Basix" site listed on my sidebar
they've got this code generator that is really useful
i used it to generate the html codes of my disclaimer marquee and drop down menus
lazy to read thru' all their tutorials lah
so i took the easy way out and got them to do it for me
heh

u noe, i realised sumthing silly abt this blog
usually they'll send an email to me whenever someone posted a comment
but when i, the owner, post a comment [to reply my frens' comment],
an email is generated to me too
i was like, "watever for?"
and i was logged in some more
so they shld noe that i'm the owner rite?
well, apparently not.
and oso, it does not have a "reply to comment" function like the livejournal does
so dat when u reply to a comment, it is shown indented
and u can like link back to the parent thread
if u read my previous blog
i was choosing between blogspot and livejournal
i'm not sure y i chose blogspot in the end
it kinda gave me the feeling that i have more personal space
but i wun noe all the little inconveniences/restrictions until i use it myself rite
so, guess i gotta make the best out of everything now

oh well, i guess no blog is perfect yah?
