MY EXERCISE REGIME


YOGA
3 times a week after work
tues, wed, thurs (starting 8 Jan)

SWIM
once a week
saturday morning (starting 12 Jan)
10 laps (20 lengths of the pool)

GYM
5 times a week during lunch time
mon, tues, wed, thurs, fri (starting 7 Jan)

GYM ROUTINE...
7 Jan
treadmill 15 mins
cross training machine 15 mins
bicep curl 50 reps
triceps curl 50 reps
leg raise 50 reps
ab crunch 50 reps
skipping 500 reps

    Start small and increase gradually!
    Kinda ambitious on the regime leh!

    lol.. no worries.. the regime turns out ok leh.. 1st 2 days like damn siong.. but after dat ok le.. hehe.. yay =D

    actually i tink it's quite small liao leh.. see those pple in my office gym.. machiam run non-stop de lor..

    I think you ask me walk my dogs more than 30 minutes I luankan liao... 30 = 30, not a min more.

    Thats my exercise!
    So each day I walk 2 hours... for 2 dogs, 2 times.. Teehee!
