good hair day..
satisfied
2 solid hours of gym last nite
30 mins on cross-trainer
25 mins jog on the treadmill
50 mins body combat class
15 mins on the cross-trainer
steamed my hair in the steam room
now it's so soft
and i feel as if i lost some weight
i know i didn't lah
but feel mah
hehe
was so tired dat i fell asleep
the moment i touched my bed
but i woke up feeling good
