MY WEIGHT MEASUREMENTS =P


21/04/08 - 55.5 kg
31/03/08 - 57.5 kg
25/02/08 - 56.5 kg
18/02/08 - 57.0 kg
12/02/08 - 57.1 kg (oops.. all the CNY goodies' fault)
04/02/08 - got measure but forget liao (CNY week => exercise 2 days nia)
31/01/08 - 56.8 kg
28/01/08 - 57.2 kg
21/01/08 - 58.4 kg
14/01/08 - 58.2 kg
07/01/08 - 58.0 kg

i was tinking
since i posted my horrendous weight here aredi
tink i shld post my periodic weight measurements too
to motivate myself
and for u to motivate me as well
hahaa

    actually i thot it's quite bad leh.. decrease so slow.. increase so fast.. haiz.. but my colleague also say not bad la.. lol

    i got fren say if suddenly start exercising and eating less.. will have weight hike at first coz body not used to it.. so will store the energy of watever little food i eat.. but after body gets used to it, it will start to burn off.. dat's y i 1st 2 weeks damn demoralised la.. lol

    Miao...

    The "weight hike" issue is a clear sign that the shortfall of diet is way too tremendous - Your body goes into 'shock state' and start rationing your intakes which I would say is also not good...

    Here's another trick while you are not exercising but excercising *confused* when doing anything, tell your brain that you are excercising... Your body would really think so and start burning because you have already 'tuned' your brain so...

    Try it!
