健康就是美

but i'm still not 美 leh =(

i’ve been pretty healthy for the past 16 days
actually quite amazed dat my body can take it
tink i’ve exercised far more than i had
in the past few months added up lor
muz pen them down to further enhance my 成就感
hehe

mon – bodycombat @ bugis
tues – nua at home
wed – hot yoga
thurs – nua at home
fri – kickbox (lunchtime)
fri – bodycombat @ raffles (after work)
sat – blading @ ECP
sun – yogalates, therapy yoga, blading @ ECP

mon – hatha yoga
tues – cycling class @ bugis
wed – nua at home
thurs – erica’s bdae dinner @ parkway
fri – dept retreat @ bintan
sat – dept retreat @ bintan
sun – dept retreat @ bintan

mon – nua at home
tues – boxercise class @ bugis
wed – hot yoga
thurs – gym workout (lunchtime)
thurs – ABT @ orchard
fri – goin for dinner & drinks my girlfrens
but jin say she might wanna go gym
if she wants, den either I go wif her
or I go for yoga
and meet them for drinks after dat
still waiting for her answer

see, quite a healthy lifestyle rite??
hehehehe
but ah
the 成就感 is like emotional only leh
as in like, proud of myself dat
i am actually capable of so much physical activity
no physical confirmation lor
at the end of the first week
i actually slimmed down by 1 kg
zhenjin said overall i looked slimmer
but i tink she’s juz consoling me lor
coz all the fats at the unwanted areas are still intact lor
so, i dare not imagine
which part of my body became 1kg less =~(
and then ah
2nd week i put on the 1 kg again lor
haizzz
the only consolation i get is dat
my hair is pretty soft now
so it can be quite 美美 at times
(at times only! coz i still get bad hair days)
coz every time i go gym or yoga
i’ll bring hair treatment
and sit in the steam room for as long as i can
feels really good to juz sit, relax
and let the steam do all the work

haven’t plan for any gym/yoga classes
for coming weekend yet
coz got a few things dat i need/want to do
1) pack my wardrobe
2) tidy up mp3s in my comp
i noticed a lot of duplicates and unnamed ones
3) send in neighbour’s car for servicing
4) buy contact lenses
coz i tore 1 during the retreat =(
5) wanna go shop for gym/yoga wear
while i’m still at this exercise thingy
muz “invest” abit of money in
so dat i can keep up this exercise/yoga regime
6) might be goin for a doggy outing
wif fellow forumers from dogsforum.sg
7) feel like goin blading or swimming
long time no swim liao
but muz depend on weather
madness lor
keep raining non-stop
island-wide some more
damn sian
but recently not too bad
so probably can exercise outdoors
yay!! anybody interested?

(haiyo, like so many things to do in 2 days hor)

oh! time to go home!
these few days quite slack in office
so will probably be catching up on my blogging
look out for my posts!! =D
